He has over 30 years of teaching service experience across various Educational Institutional including Primary, Educational Assessment and Resource Centre and Teacher Training at KISE. He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in institutional management, assessment of learners with special needs and quality management.  He has attended various courses organised by the Ministry of Education, Kenya Education Staff Institute, Kenya School of Government and National Quality Institute. He has represented the Institute in various fora within and outside Kenya. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, two Diploma Certificates in Special Education and a Certificate in Primary Teacher Education and is a student pursuing Post-graduate Studies in Research and Evaluation.
